Our Story

Hritsko was founded by Eric Hritsko in 2020 with a mission to revolutionize modern medicine. As a teenager, Eric witnessed firsthand the shortcomings of the current healthcare system and recognized the urgent need for improvement. He envisioned two distinct entities: one dedicated to treating patients and another to manufacturing medicine. Hritsko would focus on producing high-quality, effective natural alternatives to medicine.

After years of dedication and hard work, Hritsko began operations in 2022, initially offering CBD products with the aim of securing medical marijuana licenses. This path was seen as the quickest way to establish a company capable of producing doctor-prescribed medications. However, the team soon identified a significant issue with cannabis, hemp, and other oil-based compounds: poor bioavailability, meaning they did not absorb well into the body.

Determined to solve this problem, Eric and his team came across Dr. Richard Staack and his group at Nexgen Sciences. Dr. Staack had developed a groundbreaking biological delivery system for oil-based products, refined over several decades. This system mimics the body’s natural processes by forming oil molecules into micelles, allowing active ingredients to be absorbed rapidly and effectively.

Recognizing the potential of this breakthrough, Hritsko collaborated with Dr. Staack and his team for several years and eventually acquired Nexgen Sciences. This acquisition transformed Hritsko into a biotech company specializing in biological delivery systems. Our innovative technology significantly enhances the effectiveness of oil-based products, including hemp, cannabis, nutraceuticals, vitamins, minerals, and more. This allows us to level the playing field against big pharma and offer superior natural alternatives.

In 2024, Eric, alongside Dr. William Forgach, launched Juventas, a health optimization clinic dedicated to developing a truly preventative approach to medicine. Juventas serves as the entity focused on effectively treating patients, complementing Hritsko’s mission to improve healthcare through advanced, natural alternatives to pharmaceuticals.
